Our providers and staff care and we act like it! We have built our practice on treating each and every one of our clients like we would like to be treated. If you need something, we take care of it. If you call us, we call you back in a reasonable amount of time. We listen to our clients and understand it is you who chose us to care for you. This is a privilege we take seriously. We practice safely, compassionately, and effectively.
Please call our office at 520-355-1122 to make an appointment or feel free to visit us on the web at www.pimabh.com and click the “Get Appointment” button at the top of the page. After you complete a very brief information form, a member of our team will call you back. We will normally contact you within 24 hours if not same-day.
Pima Behavioral Health does not require you to have a referral to be seen at our clinic, but we recommend checking with your insurance company to make sure they do not require you to have one.
During your first visit, your provider will conduct a thorough psychiatric assessment, inform you of your diagnosis, and work with you to develop a treatment plan based on your goals. We may prescribe medications, provide you with resources, and/or refer you to an outpatient psychotherapist.
We do not do rushed appointments at Pima Behavioral Health. Our initial evaluations are slotted for one hour while follow-up visits are slotted for 30 minutes. While we may not take the full time, our focus remains on quality care over quantity.
